Question:

I have been taking your immune support formula for several months
now and am generally very pleased with the results. One problem I have had is a lot of gas as a result of taking these nutrients. I have found that
products such as GasX and Beano help to control this problem. Is there any downside to taking these products on a regular basis.

Dr. Kaiser replies:

GasX is a soapy substance that breaks down gas bubbles
and Beano is a mix of digestive enzymes that helps your body better digest certain foods. Both of these can be effective against gas and there is absolutely no problem taking them on a regular basis. I would also suggest that by taking high-dose nutrients, you may have uncovered a border line situation in your ability to healthfully digest your food.

Believe it or not, a comprehensive stool analysis (like the tests from Great
Smokies Labs) might reveal imbalances in your digestive flora such as
candida or parasites. You may want to try taking an acidophilus probiotic
